Why hire a professional cleaning service?

Our professional cleaners are trained to the highest level to make sure that your home will sparkle after a cleaning. Save hours cleaning every week and spend time with family, friends and loved ones.

Are supplies included?

All supplies are included. We use the very best supplies to guarantee that everything is properly cleaned and disinfected. If you have a product that you would like us to use, please let us know, provide the product and we will happily utilize it when cleaning your home or commercial space.

How to prepare for a house cleaning service?

There is very little that you can do to prepare for your cleaning service, other than making an effort to make sure that surfaces are relatively clear of clutter. Please note that if surfaces are 70% covered with clutter, those areas will be skipped and addressed during the next visit.

Does a move in/out service cost more than a basic cleaning and how long can it take?

Move in/out cleans are slightly more costly than regular cleaning because they are extremely detailed and involve more effort and expertise. Typically, they take a minimum of 3 hours and the average 1-3 bedroom home, generally takes 4-6 hours.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you notify us and provide a minimum of 48 hours if changes are required. Otherwise, we may charge a fee. Typically, fees are 50%-100% of the estimated cost of your cleaning appointment.

Do you guarantee your service?

When hiring Scour Power, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Noticed something missed or are unhappy with? Please contact us and we will return to your home within 48 hours to address the issue. We appreciate your feedback! It helps us grow and learn. It allows us the opportunity to adjust your cleaning to be taylored specifically for you. 

What if there's a specific service that I need that I'm not sure if Scour Power offers?

Please ask us and we will do our best to accomodate you. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to make our clients happy and building custom cleaning packages to address each and every client’s needs.

How and when do I pay for my service?

Payments can be made via cheque, cash or by e transfer. Payment is due upon the completion of the service. If a different payment schedule is needed, please let us know and we can adjust your service agreement.
